Roasted chicken restaurants (known as adaderos or more colloquially, pollerías) are far common in Colombia, specially Bogotá, there are pretty much one in every block, but finding one stading out and offering something special is kind of rare. El pollo brujo is one of those. They serve a delicious mexican style grilled chicken I haven't found anywhere else, one of the best I've tasted. They also offer a variety of trad mexican fast food such as nachos and burritos done with a touch of their own.
